As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for driving local brand development and strengthening market presence through effective collaboration with distributors and retailers. You play a key role in translating brand and sales strategies into impactful trade marketing initiatives that increase visibility, engagement, and commercial performance.
In this role, you work closely with sales teams and trade partners to develop and execute well-structured trade programs, including product launches, loyalty initiatives, and promotional activities. You monitor market trends, analyze trade performance, and ensure optimal execution of trade investments to support sustainable growth and strong brand perception.
This position is ideal for a commercially driven, analytical, and well-organized professional with a strong understanding of FMCG environments and trade dynamics.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand management (FMCG experience preferred)
Skills: Strong analytical, coordination, and project management skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
