Social Media Marketeer

Description

As our Social Media Marketeer, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies for the different brands within the assigned business unit of the organization. Your role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and optimizing the online presence across various social media platforms.

You combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, creating result-driven content and actively interacting with the target audience. Working closely with the Marketing Coordinator, Sales team, and other stakeholders, you ensure that social media activities are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand positioning.

This role is ideal for a creative, analytical, and proactive marketing professional who is passionate about social media, understands digital trends, and is focused on measurable results.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree (HBO level or equivalent) in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, communication, or brand marketing
Skills: Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality content
  • Develop, plan, and coordinate creative content aligned with target audiences and brand strategies
  • Set up, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of posts, campaigns, and advertisements; prepare reports and recommendations for optimization
  • Actively manage the online community by responding professionally and timely to messages, comments, and inquiries
  • Identify relevant social media trends, developments, and best practices, translating insights into creative and effective actions
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Coordinator and Sales department to ensure consistent and effective communication
