As our Sales Representative, you are responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales performance within your assigned territory. You ensure that our products are consistently available, well-presented, and promoted effectively at customer locations.
In this role, you visit customers according to a structured route plan, build strong partnerships with retailers, and ensure the proper execution of sales and promotional activities. You play an important role in monitoring stock levels, improving product visibility, and identifying opportunities for growth in the market.
This position requires a commercially driven professional with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to represent our brands effectively in the field.
Education: Minimum secondary vocational education (MBO level or equivalent working and thinking level), preferably in a commercial field
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, or customer account management, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector
Language: Good command of Sranan Tongo, Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Additional: Valid driver’s license
