As our Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for translating sales strategies into clear operational plans and ensuring the effective coordination of daily sales activities for Unilever. You play a key role in aligning sales targets with field execution and supporting the sales team in achieving commercial objectives.
In this role, you act as the link between strategic planning and operational execution. You coordinate promotional rollouts, monitor sales performance, and ensure that the sales team operates efficiently in the field. You also collaborate closely with departments such as marketing, logistics, and warehouse operations to maintain smooth sales processes and accurate order fulfillment.
This position requires a structured and analytical professional with strong coordination skills, commercial insight, and the ability to support and guide sales operations effectively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a comparable commercial field
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or commercial support roles
Language: Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Additional: Experience working with sales reporting tools, forecasting and distribution management
