As an Marketing Coördinator, you are responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events that support brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial objectives. You play a key role in coordinating store promotions, sampling activities, trade shows, and corporate events, ensuring flawless execution from concept to completion.

In this role, you work closely with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to deliver high-quality events that align with business goals and brand standards. You manage logistics, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring a seamless experience before, during, and after each event.

This position is ideal for a highly organized, hands-on, and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

Education: Qualification in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Experience in event planning, coordination, or promotions is an advantage
Skills: Strong project management, communication, and logistical coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate trade shows and exhibitions, including booths, product demonstrations, and event logistics
  • Plan and execute customer and sales events such as conferences, seminars, and product launches
  • Manage the full event lifecycle, including site selection, AV setup, catering, transportation, and vendor contract negotiations
  • Coordinate internal events such as company meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Draft event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control
  • Oversee on-site setup, execution, and post-event breakdown
  • Analyze post-event performance and ROI to continuously improve future events
