Marketing Coördinator

Description

As our Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting marketing activities within the assigned business unit of the organization. You work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns, analyze market data, and strengthen brand performance.

Working under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, you play a key role in increasing brand awareness, supporting sales growth, and ensuring consistent brand positioning. You contribute by coordinating projects, monitoring results, and proactively proposing improvements to marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical, and creative marketing professional who enjoys coordinating activities, working with data, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve measurable results.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree (HBO level or equivalent) in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, communication, or brand marketing
Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, both online and offline
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends, pricing, customer behavior, and competitor activities
  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of events and promotional activities
  • Collaborate closely with the sales department to support sales targets and maintain contact with key customers
  • Manage relationships with external partners, suppliers, and agencies for marketing materials and promotional activities
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Ensure consistency of all marketing activities with brand guidelines and brand identity
  • Monitor brand performance and sales results, proactively proposing improvements and new initiatives
  • Prepare reports and analyses for the Marketing Manager, including recommendations for future actions
