The Floor Coordinator is a proactive and service-oriented team leader responsible for overseeing daily floor operations within the Duty-Free store. This role focuses on supervising and supporting the cashier team, ensuring smooth transaction flow, excellent customer service, and compliance with operational procedures. The Floor Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for cashiers, resolves operational issues on the floor, and ensures company standards are consistently met.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (additional retail or supervisory training is a plus)
Availability: Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a retail or customer-facing role
Leadership: Able to guide, motivate, and support a cashier team
Accountability: Takes ownership of floor operations and outcomes
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in transactions and procedures
Problem Solving: Handles issues calmly and efficiently
Communication: Clear, respectful, and effective with staff and customers
