The Duty-Free Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Duty-Free departments. This role involves managing teams, implementing procedures, and ensuring compliance with airport and organizational standards. The Supervisor drives operational excellence through strategic planning, team leadership, and a strong focus on service quality and safety. A key focus is maintaining a productive, compliant, and customer-friendly environment that supports the broader goals of the organization.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Language: Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or operational role, preferably in retail or logistics
Accuracy: Maintains a high standard of operational detail and compliance
Responsibility: Takes ownership of processes and team outcomes
Communication: Ensures effective communication with all stakeholders
Customer-Oriented: Delivers a high-quality service experience and motivates staff to do the same
